For reference, when you are emailed my 12 week challenge, each exercise is linked to a demonstration of myself doing the exercise. Or, you can also find the workout videos, located from the drop down menu, on the ‘Workout Glossary’ tab. Enjoy and goodluck!

Please familiarise yourself with these abbreviations:
ES = each side

EL = each leg

SL = single leg

DL = double leg

SS = single side

KB = kettlebell

DB = dumbbell

Alt = alternating

S = seconds

1A = one arm

2A = two arm
