What is included in the 12 Week Challenge?
You get –
- A complete training and guidance plan including nutrition, fitness and mental health tips
- 3 workouts per week which are flexible enough that you can do them either at home, or in the gym
- Specially-tailored Mindset tips to keep you focused and inspired throughout each week (1 per week for the duration of the 12 weeks)
You will immediately receive the entire 12 Week Challenge material (via email) after checking out.
Shortly after you will receive your Micro Band in the post. The second you place it on your legs will be when your program starts! So if you’re planning to start first thing Monday morning, pop it on the moment after you shut off your alarm clock, and your 12 Week Challenge will begin!
