As Dr. Flatt has worked predominantly with children and adolescents suffering from poor body image, behavioural disorders, anxiety, and depression, she is extremely aware of the undeniable link between strong mental health, and top-notch nutrition, exercise, and proper sleep.
Her passion is to educate others with the correct techniques and skills, thus enabling them to self-manage their mental health issues. As a mother herself, she is acutely aware of the difficulties new mums and women face while trying to remain positive and upbeat despite the numerous stresses of daily life.
