I’m Eva Poci – certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor…but, this site isn’t about me. It’s about YOU becoming the strongest, fittest, and healthiest person you possibly can be. After all, it’s my passion.
Sure, there’s a whole sea of of trainers and coaches out there, each with their own unique spin on the fitness industry. But how many of them “talk the talk,” without actually having “walked the walk?”
As a professional athlete, I have spent years training and perfecting my skills and my body, learning the best fitness techniques and tips from both coaches and fellow athletes. In addition, I learned how to persevere, how to break through mental barriers, and how to quash that inner voice that would undermine all my efforts.
The dedication paid off. It has enabled me to compete in water polo and netball at state levels, and swimming at a national level.
Yet, as the years progressed, it became clear to me that my true path lie in sharing the knowledge I’d gained with others by inspiring them and spurring them into action to achieve their own fitness and health-related goals.
And when I became a mum myself (to a beautiful little girl), that’s when the challenge really became complicated. The saying, “time is of the essence” couldn’t be truer – because we have so little of it! With the precious time that we do have, we invest in our loved ones and our careers…sacrificing our health, fitness, and overall well-being in the meantime.
But it doesn’t have to be this way!
I’ve created a series of 12 Week Challenges that will kick your health into gear and get you back on track to be fighting fit.
Each 12 Week Challenge is crafted to blend seamlessly with your existing lifestyle – fitting in proper exercise and nutrition where it best suits you (yet still being challenging enough to make you crush bad habits and forge positive changes).
